The Craftsman's Kitchen Weekly Service functions on a flat service fee plus the cost of ingredients. This allows our clients the most flexibility in their Personal Chef Service. Singles and couples clients will see savings reflected in the cost of ingredients. Each client may request that we work with specific purveyors or markets to obtain the ingredients for their table.
For example, you may have a favorite fish-monger, or personal butcher with whom you have a long-standing relationship. This plan allows you to sustain those relationships, and maintain the quality standard that you are accustomed to. This plan would also allow you to request that all of the ingredients be "Certified Organic" or other specifications of your discretion.
