We have Registered and Licensed dietitians available on staff, so whether you
have specific nutritional goals in mind, or simply want more time for yourself,
our service can organize everything for your personalized menu.
Each meal is tailored to your palate and nutritional preferences. Each meal
includes an entree and an appropriate side dish.

The Craftsman's
Kitchen is operated by Sean Patrick Ludlow, a classically trained,
professional chef with extensive experience in the restaurant and
hospitality industry. In addition to experience, Sean holds a
professional degree in Culinary Arts and Pastry from the Cooking and
Hospitality Institute of Chicago and Le Cordon Bleu.
